Michelle believes that therapy is most effective when the approach is personalized to the client's concerns and personality. 

    Michelle draws from a wide range of theoretical approaches and techniques including (but not limited to): Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

She also has experience working with depression and low self-esteem, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and other life stressors.

         Lisa utilizes a client-centered, caring, yet active approach tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. She believes a trusting and solid relationship between clients and their therapist is essential to productive therapy as well as providing clients with concrete skills and tools to help achieve their desired goals. She specializes in anger management, stress management, and relationship issues, as well as having 12 years experience treating a variety of other mental health concerns. Leah values her clients and the relationships with them. Her counseling style is compassionate, skills based, and forthright.
